Description

Every morning Mt. Hope st. And Crawford st. Has become ridiculous with New Hampshire drivers using this neighborhood as a cut through to get across the river this morning was especially bad I took me 10 minutes to get up Mt. Hope from Riverside! Am I the only one who see's what a problem this has become?
