Coming south on MLK to east bound Roosevelt signal stays on for just a few cars. Traffic not making turn arrow makes dangerous uturns further along MLK. Volume of traffic heading north on MLK would allow for longer turn signal.

We checked our equipment at this traffic signal and found that everything was functioning correctly. I added more left turn time for the southbound left turn movement. This should help the problem. We will continue to monitor this traffic signal.
