Description
On the EVEN side of Beacon St from Washington St to the Cambridge City Line there are illegally, and dangerously, parked cars blocking the travel lanes. This has resulted in *massive* traffic backups up Beacon St, which disappear as soon as you cross the Cambridge City Line, where cars are not illegally parked. Large vehicles, such as box trucks and buses, are having trouble getting down Beacon St without crossing the double yellow line, and I'm not really sure how emergency services is supposed to get down the street as is.

How has this issue been addressed?
I just biked down Beacon St through this exact area around 9:15am today. There were cars parked all over the roadway, blocking travel lanes, and no evidence of T&P working to "address" the issue. I can't imagine that they got all of those cars moved in the past 50 minutes, so I'm reopening this issue unless you can actually show me that the roadway has been adequately cleared for traffic, instead of parking.
I'll be biking by here again this evening on my way home. If this issue is closed again, and I find more cars parking in the travel lanes, I'll just reopen this, or create a new issue, until the cars are not blocking travel lanes. This is a safety issue as it is pretty much impossible for a fire truck to get through during rush hour.

For what it's worth, this morning around 8:45am I rode down Beacon St on my way to work. Yet again, there are cars parked all over the travel lanes, creating a dangerous situation for cyclists and drivers. T&P has done nothing to address this issue, unless they are issuing invisible tickets. Please do not attempt to close this issue until the issue has actually been resolved.
Again, if you want, I'm happy to provide video of my ride in this morning showing the travel lanes utterly blocked and ridiculous traffic backups which suddenly disappear as soon as you cross the city line into Cambridge (where the snow has been completely removed from Hampshire St).
