After months of letters and tickets we finally tracked down the new owners. The property keeps getting transferred via quit claim deeds. Met with the owner yesterday. You should see everything currently outside removed by this weekend. They also got a building permit to re-roof the house with a deadline of May 1st for that. They have until the end of June to scrape and paint the house. Thank you for your patience. It's been a struggle tracking down the right people but we have done that now.
