Description

trying to avoid the lite at park and central, people zoom through at excessive speed.
Beautiful cat killed and neighbor's dog crippled.
Children use this area for school.
Sign says 25 mph.
Using a boat horn would rather a paint gun so you could see who they are. One was the guy who killed two people 5AM.
