Description

Traffic light at end of Tower Lane (intersection of Church and Tower Lane) seems to malfunction quite often. Sometimes it turns green for 5 seconds, sometimes it doesn't turn green at all. Church Street light goes green, red, then green again and the light on Tower Lane side just stays red the entire time. This has been happening for months and I don't know if anyone has reported it.
