Description

Harlow Court has recently been opened to on-street parking on the right side (facing stream). Only a single lane of traffic is able to move around any vehicles using these spaces. This problem is compounded when there is snow on the ground and snow banks that further narrow the road.

Further, this has caused numerous near misses, traffic backups up at the Harlow/Cumberland Street intersection and will, no doubt, eventually cause an accident. It's a serious public safety issue that needs to be addressed, please and thank you.
