I moved in my home in 2010 and the cable line that runs over my driveway was hanging down, the line needed to simply be restrung and tightened. I have been contacting Comcast since then to send someone out to fix it. After the ice in the recent weeks the line is now completely down obstructing my driveway and the street. Again, calls to Comcast and "special request appointments set" that no one comes to. Please if there is anyway you can get someone out to repair this power line it would be a blessing. What has been an eyesore for 4 years is now a potential deadly hazard.
