UPDATE: A signal technician was dispatched on March 3rd in response to calls that the traffic signal was not cycling properly. Adjustments were made to the detection. I checked the eastbound left turn signal this morning and it was servicing the phase and receiving up to 45 seconds of time when the demand was there.
