Heading north on Chamberlayne, the left turn signal will not turn green. I sat through 3 cycles here at 1:00 PM today, as left turn traffic strung out far behind me. I eventually went around it and went straight, instead.

The new signals at this intersection have been under construction for MORE THAN 8 MONTHS! Please have this contractor get his act together and finish the job! They seem to appear for maybe 1 or 2 days per week to work, then disappear for the rest of the week, or more. What exactly is the problem here?? And they work they do is not even as specified on the contract documents. For example, what happened to the "federal green" poles that are specified? The ones in place are bare ugly galvanized steel.
