Description

Someone dumped a pick up truck load of branches, lumber and other debris on the frontage road of Skyline @ Grass Valley where it swings back onto Skyline. No personal ID was found. This is the fourth dump in the same area in one week. We need to put up cameras on this stretch so we can nab the dumpers.
