Description
When you make a left turn onto Rosemont Road, the light on Bonney Road is still red. The people are hanging out onto VB Blvd and his is preventing the east bound (toward the Beach) traffic on VB from being able to go when their light is green.
This has not been an issue in the past - I've been commuting this route for over 5 years. When the light on Bonney Road is green the traffic flows and doesn't back onto the Blvd. I HONESTLY do not believe this is a police issue, rather it is a timing issue. Has the timing at this interchange been modified recently? Thank you - please come at 7:45 AM in the morning and you'll see the backup!

The Bonney Rd stop light has awful timing and consistently causes backups in all directions. The trouble areas are: the short span of southbound Rosemont from VB Blvd to Bonney Rd, the short span of northbound Rosemont from the overpass to Bonney Rd.
The stop light at the 264E off ramp onto Rosemont also adds to the congestion when traveling north on Rosemont.
