Once again this is on the private property owners to clean up at there own expense. The local police have done nothing for years as this epidemic of spray defecation go mostly unabated. Oh excuse me " Street Art" for all of our enjoyment. Just look and smile at the handy of these young creative minds.

This location gets hit repeatedly; appears like harassment.
