The east bound E2,3,4 stop has been an icy mess all winter. I have fallen twice this season. If this bus stop we paved over it would be a frozen puddle 3 inches deep.

Per Inspector HASSAN, this bus stop needs a bus shelter. This is a WMATA issue and has to be referred to METRO
