This is at least a 3-family unit property which does not have proper trash disposal containers. The residents leave untied trash bags on the 59th Street side where there is an open back yard. By Thursday (the night before trash pickup), there's trash blowing all around the adjacent blocks. The owner needs to be notified of this unsanitary condition.
