Just in case you can't find the problem, and because it's still happening, we've noticed a slight pattern. When we go to work in the mornings, there is no rushing water and the hillside, sidewalk, and street are dry. But when we come home in the evenings, the water is rushing down the hillside again, down the sidewalk, and into the street. Two nights this week that has been around 7:30pm and tonight we came home at 9:30 and it was still doing it. So perhaps it's a broken sprinkler or something? Something that is on a schedule apparently.

Please make sure it is 7:30 P.M. as that is when the water is flowing. I assume the A.M. above is a typo but just want to make sure. As far as what evening, we drive past it every evening Monday thru Friday on our way home from work and it is doing it. I don't know about on the weekends but for sure every Monday thru Friday evening.

The Technician was able to identified a mainline leak on the property and turned off the water. Caltrans sent out a crew to make the repair. Thank you for letting us know about these issue.
