Description

Cars and trucks are traveling at excessive speeds at all times of the day and night. In addition there is a heavy amount of construction and delivery trucks ratcheting their brakes and causing major noise (and window vibration). This block has a high number of young school children and pedestrians walking. We have never seen DC Police patrolling or watching this stretch of road for speeding cars, even though it is a straight road making it easy for cars to simply speed through.
