A. Extremely deep and destined to take out tires. Their are many in the area but this is extra deep and people have to veer into oncoming traffic to avoid.

I wish it was easier to know what to do as a citizen in cases where it's a public shopping center and this website does not help. They certainly don't make it easy to report issues as soon as it's out of the "official jurisdiction" of Raleigh yet (as far as I know) still within Raleigh city limits...
