Description
Reported previously. Alan Bedford is the owner at 2315 Post Oak, and he had a party or people at his house and one or two of the attendees, drove into and backed into our side yard damaging it. It is obvious due to the ruts in the yard, and the pictures that are enclosed. Bedford needs to be talked to or action taken against him for parties, excessive noise at night, distibuting the peace, and damaging property.

Dear sir, at this stage I believe it would be remiss if I did not offer my independent professional services to your cause. I am willing to expertly infiltrate one of Alan Bedford's soirees, establish false pleasantries, and get them to divulge the identity of the villain who has been fouling your lawn.
Items I will need your reinbursement for; one mustache made from the finest horse hair, one colored coif (as is the popular party attire), one racoon coat, enough alcoholic libations to both procure my entrance and establish a presence of joviality.
No need for further contact between us, I will bill my services and reinbursables to the address you provided above.
This culprit shall not go undiscovered.
