And I think the OP meant she sat through the same light through three cycles, which would qualify as a concern.

The Town of Wake Forest does not maintain the traffic signals, therefore I have reported this to DOT (they do not participate in seeclickfix). You may also voice your concerns to them directly at 919-477-2914.
