Description
Please provide some shelter at the Tram, the wind is brutal, and there is no shelter during the wait. At Minimum provide a shelter so that rain and sleet falling directly on passengers is reduced. The tacky heat lamps are no use at all. why not put a roof over that area and add more heat ?
