It just never ends. As long as there are no laws for the homeless they will continue to set up wherever they feel like it.

If they chose to be in this situation as most of the ones I have encountered they are not homeless they vagrants, bums and addicts. This a park not a campground. That's right it cost money to go camping. Rule one for the bums do not follow any rules. Rule two refer rule one. Rule three demand cash.

There are tents, shopping carts, bikes, piles of stuff, garbage, a camping toilette... This needs to get addressed before it gets any more permanent. There was toilette paper strewn in the children's play area last week. Let's find a place for these folks to camp under some kind of supervision for sanitation and safety or get them in a shelter but turning over the park to be a campsite for 8-10 people at the expense of everyone else is not a good use of civic resources.

Wow this has been going on since February. What is the problem? Issue a 72 hour notice and a stay away order. Toilet paper in a child's play area is UNACCEPTABLE OR ANYWHERE else. Stop with the excuses.
