Description

3 vehicles with out of state plates.Not right for the tax payers of Hartford, and they are Not College Students.They reside on this street more than year now.They park on this street.I thought CT DMV had a law that you have to re-register out of state vehicle after 90 days you move to this state.Car,SUV,Pick-Up truck
