Description

Last night (2/26/2015) at 9:50 PM a City snow plow was removing and pushing snow near my fence. IT IS IMPERTIVE THAT SNOW PLOWS DO NOT PUSH OR APPLY ANY PRESSURE AGAINST MY FENCE.

The attached photo of six feet of snow against my fence is evidence of snow plows purposely raising the plow wing and pushing snow against my fence while APPLYING AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF FORCE AND PRESSURE AGAINST MY FENCE NEEDLESSLY. The snow banks directly across the street were less than half the height of the snow against my fence as additional evidence of intentionality.

My fence was later destroyed by speeding snow plows throwing heavy wet cement-like snow forty (40) feet with the force of a sledge hammer. The damage to my property by snow plows has cost the taxpayers $7,919.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life on "SNOW PLOW AND FENCE PATROL". So, "FIX IT".

I am submitting this Issue to FIX IT on 2/26/2015 at 7:50 PM.
