Description

There is parking on both sides of the street on this hill which makes two-way traffic impossible. People are having to back up the hill to let other cars get by. Either there needs to be a parking ban on one side of this street or the street needs to be plowed so that cars can park and still leave room for two-way traffic. People going up and down the hill can't see the traffic coming in the opposite direction until they are on each other. This is an accident waiting to happen.
