Description

This is the fifth trash day that the truck either hasn't shown up or refused to go down the alley because of snow. As you can see the trash is piling up. No communication from the city about what residents should do about this and when it will be resolved. What if it snows again every week - will there just be no trash pickup until Spring?? This is beyond ridiculous.
