Description

Someone dumped a pick up truck size of construction debris and household garbage on the west side of Skyline Boulevard between Keller Avenue and the reservoir parking area. I found a box with a mailing label showing a PO Box in San Leandro, which I will post. I have kept this ID in case the city wants to pursue this further.
