Description

Dangerous conditions exist on east side of roadway. 2-3 feet of roadway covered in vegetation so that white line marking lane boundary covered in part. No shoulder on east side for walkers, runners, which as this includes a hill, puts runners/walkers in lane and out of view of NB traffic.
