Why in the work would road work continue after 3 pm in the area of 21st Ave. S., Division, and Broadway????? It took me 15 minutes to get onto Division because I was waiting for work to be done in the road. Can't this crap be done at night after rush hour traffic????? Once University School lets out at 3 pm, Vanderbilt hospital employees start getting off their shift at 4 and then regular employees are getting off at 4:30 and having to sit in that ridiculous traffic jam. AND directing traffic in that area during this is completely unacceptable. 21st Ave backs up all the way to West End. It's absolutely ridiculous
