Description

The sidewalk between Vine Street and West Emerson street has been completely buried in snow, with huge snowbanks between the sidewalk and driveways, since the first big storm back in January. Isn't it long past time for someone to clear it so people can stop walking in the street? (The sidewalk on the other side of the street is a sheet of ice, so it's not possible to walk there, either.)
