A. Causing major backup with traffic exiting 59 south using the Jackson ramp and traffic exiting the hov lane. Tying up traffic at Congress and also at Franklin streets , cars and busses block intersections due to signal light timing.

MALFUNCTION RESULTED IN CONGESTED CONDITIONS DUE TO INCORRECT TIMING PLAN OPERATING. REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND NORMAL OPERATION RESTORED.
