Description

Today, 23 February, about 10 people waited for a Red Bus at the Tram Station, in 23 degree windy weather (felt like 3 degrees) for more than 20 minutes. A red bus came, deposited his passengers at the tram station, but instead of picking up the 10 people waiting at the bus stop for more than 15 minutes, the driver turned the bus around and went back the same way he came, without picking up the 10 people waiting at the stop. I believe that either the bus drivers are masochistic and do these things on purpose, or that particular driver was rushing to take his lunch break. This is not the first time that the red buses have left passengers waiting in the cold, while they either rush along because it is an express from Octagon (even though only 2 people may be in it) or they have a sign saying "Nor in service" or "Next bus." When are we going to get respectful, humane service from these RIOC bus drivers?
