Description

This house is some type of boarding house and they park in back. The yard is a mud hole now and it is causing LOTS of mud and dirt to clump into the alley anytime it rains or snows. Please help to get this owner to shore up their property. It is in the alley that is between Elliott St NE and 14th St NE (600 block). Thank you!
