XYZ perhaps since you have enough time to criticize everything that I post you should go through the issues and realized that I'm not alone. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD BECOME THE EYES and EARS OF FAIR HAVEN with A DIRECT LINE TO NHPD to see how many of them come running to fix this type of issue. I’m certain that I’ve been patient enough with your comments. You have a different opinion on how to handle an issue, report IT yourself and don’t feed off of mine.

Just this past week I called the non-emergency number you mentioned here to report vehicles that were blocking the roadway, in front of my home spoke with police dispatcher and guess WHAT???? NO ONE CAME - the vehicles remained there. Perfect example of their response to a traffic and safety issue. As a resident of this city I do my part of not turning away from things that need to be addressed. Go back to the issues that were logged today and you'll see someone else posted after mine that the light was changed to be intermittent and is not a malfunction. Now with that being said, who are you going to blame for that? I chose not to assume. Have a great night!

Bottom line the city has yet to respond to this, they probably have not even seen your post. The city does not monitor this site every minute of the day. After reading your post about 5 hours after you posted it I called the police something you should have done when you first noticed it. The delay could have cost a life. When I see a safety issue I phone the police something we should all do. I have seen posts reporting natural gas odor and and the sound of an alarm, this has to stop.

Good for you XYZ you handled it the way you want and I'll do what I can on my part. Maybe this way we can all contribute to addressing the issues of this City. FYI - on things are posted on this site the people in this city get IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATIONS. Whether or note they deal with it immediately that's really up to them. TRAFFIC LIGHT is working properly.

It probably was not repaired because of your post because as you can see the city never acknowledged it. As I mention before I phoned it in. Please in the future when you become aware of a safety issue phone it in because a delay can cost a life. After phoning it in you can post to alert others and there will be a record that it was called in. Please mention in your post that it was called in. I am sorry if I upset you and others but this message has to get out before there is tragedy

When something is posted on this site the city does not get immediately notified Again if there is a safety issue it must be called because a delay can cost a life. I don't think you would want to live with that..

I hope in the future when people notice a safety issue they will phone first, then post, and mention in the post that it was called in. It may be hours before I see a post that should have been called in, by then a tragedy could have happen.
