Description

The ice banks are high as a mountain and cannot even see cars/pedestrians passing by. Can barely fit 2 cars, def won't fit cars thru with school buses. The sidewalks from Battles/Richmond Street down to North Warren Ave are not plowed for students walking down that street. North Warren Ave and Ford Street needs to plowed too as there's elementary students from Angelo School walking to and from school. There's middle school, high school students, and elementary school passing by with people waiting for bat buses too. Ice banks and sidewalks need to be plowed for students to walk and prevent accidents. There's barely enough room for two cars passing by, never mind 2 cars squeezing by a line of students walking.
