Description
What was once apparently a water main break has become a repair job that is almost impossible to drive over due to the dirt and rock fill that has been plowed over and eroded away. Makes for dangerous driving and pedestrian safety when cars swirve to avoid the larges of its ruts.

someone inside, such as the Community Relations Officer , Did they call 311 ? Most of the cars parked there are Police personal civillian vehichles. I'm sure they don't want their cars hit.
Also , it's Fishtown, Phila. Pa. Pennsauken is New Jersey.:
