I passed by this the other day, and it looks like a pipe in the roof of the dry cleaner on the corner has burst. You can see a sheet of ice down the entire wall.

There was a guy in a wheel chair trying to get traction here. I felt so bad for him. With a little help - he got over the ice. Treacherous! That pipe does look like source of water/moisture.
