Code Enforce just evicted a transient who was trashing up and living in a parcel of land designated for steel beams and other supplies for the 91 freeway project. There is another transient (male / white / 6'2") blond hair, blond eyebrows, and blond goatee; Making this land his home. He's living adjacent to a port-a-potty that is south of the wooden bldg. located behind the Edison Power Plant, at this location. This guy is bringing trash,supermarket basket, dirty clothes to this area making it once again a homeless encampment that is attracting rodents to this area located directly behind local residents. Sheets are being hung from trees making it an eyesore from the view from Sherman street
