Don't think that I ever got an answer to this. Do people that seem to be allowed to park on the street overnight, every night have to pay for the privilege? Can think of a number of people that do it and never get ticketed. One of which is on the corner of Prospect and Foster. Just curious as I'd like to be able to park on the street and not get a ticket.

The City of Lansing currently does not have a provision that allows vehicles to park overnight on streets. The Lansing Police Department enforces the 2-5 AM parking prohibition on a time available basis and in response to complaints.
