Description

POT HOLES ARE REALLY DEEP IN MOST SPOTS AND COVER
BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD. VEHICLES HAVE TO DRIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD TO AVOID HITTING THEM.

How exactly was the issue resolved? Are the potholes gone? They were not when I drove that stretch today.

The potholes are NOT GONE, and I do not understand why Public Works is able to close an issue when there is no documentation that they went, saw how bad this issue is; and then closed it without even patching any of these holes. Trenches, I should say. Still need to slalom across both lanes of this road to make it safely across towards SCSU without losing an entire wheel. Please advise.

We have assigned Pine Rock to shim pave during the paving season this year and noted that assignment in past See Click Fix posts. In the meantime we will continue to patch and monitor potholes that are reported. We did patch several potholes in location mentioned on February 18. New Haven end of Avenue is still on our paving list. Thanks
