Neighbors at 6 Hart Circle have repeatedly blocked plows and parked on the street during every storm this month. Making passing difficult or impossible. Forcing plows to turn their blades away from the house so as not to have to shovel what every other house on the street has to. Additionally they shovel all of their driveway snow back out onto the street after plows go by. These people have at least two unregistered vehicles on the property also. This is not an isolated incident by any means. They've been doing this for years and it's despicable behavior. License plate of the car in the picture is MA 835TP9.
