Description

This exit is backed up most of the time. The traffic is backed up getting onto the exit to the point that you have to drive on the shoulder of the road for about a block before reaching the exit. About 500 ft. before getting off the exit there is a huge hole (on the shoulder)..approximately 10 ft. x 2 ft. wide...cars/trucks "drop" into this hole to get across it.
