Description
This manhole has had water coming out of it for two years now ice is forming around it and is a hazard please have someone out to check not soon. I have sent this issue in 2 or 3 times before thank you.

Per Insp. Lee: This is is DC Water utility issue and DC Water has been contacted for repairs. Conf. # 15-240248. Ok to close ticket.
