Description

The owner allows his vizsla to roam off leash in the courtyard where children play and endangers the dog by allowing it off leash in the parking lot. This dog has charged my girlfriend and several others UNPROVOKED from within the apartment because the owner sometimes leaves his door open. I've complained to the apartment manager several times. He does this every Sunday when animal control is closed. I have video evidence of several occurrences, but the police keep referring me to Contra Costa Animal Control. I'm at wits end and worried about the safety of my girlfriend, her dog and others.
