Thanks Rose. I see our observations may differ a bit. Thanks for clearing that up. Maybe rabid was the wrong word & even a bit harsh. Bottom line though no one's dog should be loose or left to roam free especially a pit bull. Parking cars on the lawn not cool at all. Double parking in the middle of the street & continually adding cars on a weekly/monthly basis to a street that's already has limited parking because neighbors rather park on the street instead of their driveways is not neighborly at all. I think you may have an issue with someone finally shedding light on this street's dirty little secret. If I see it I'm going report it. That's what SeeClickFix is all about reporting issues & getting the city's attention. Even though no one acknowledged it parking enforcement is coming through more often checking tags & scanning license plates. They even towed & ticketed a few cars. That right there is progress towards hopefully ending the parking wars on this block. Thanks for your commentary on this issue.
