Please remove the space savers on Albion St. (in between Central and Lowell). There is a green chair across in front of 43-45 Albion St. There is an empty trash barrel in front of 55-57 Albion St. The worst offense is in between them where someone is using a trash barrel filled with snow as a space saver.
