On the one hand, people don't attest to their own statements.. lol on the other hand it's kind of irrelevant what has happened in the past... they should do it now,, and it's the present that counts.. on the third hand. the City itself is not taking care of the downtown sidewalks so ,,, I propose we jump out of New Haven till Spring.. do your business and shopping somewhere where there is better parking and pedestrian passage.
