You might want someone to take a look at the job being done by the contractor blowing the bark/mulch along Masters Dr at/near the corner of Via Miguel St. and Masters Dr. They are piling it so high it has actually buried some of the plants you are trying to grow that replaced the grass. Not a major issue but it doesn't look good and probably isn't good for the investment made on the parkway. Anyway, you might want someone to work with the contractor on doing a better job of spreading the material.
