The East end of Crary St is a good example of why people should not park in the street all night long, especially when we are having snowy weather. MPD should act on this with tickets or towing, and DPW plow truck drivers should report such vehicles immediately for PD action, regardless of the time of day or night. Also, one of the handicap parking places adjacent to the main entrance of the Marshall District Library is blocked with snow.
