Description

folks heading South on 119th and want to turn LEFT (east) often do NOT yield to folks on 119th heading north and wanting to Turn RIGHT. the folks on the north side of 102nd are so impatient waiting to turn left that OFTEN will shoot out without seeing if anyone is turning right. Every single week I witness near fender benders on a daily basis. please help.
